Job Description
- Drive engagement with Private Garage Mechanics (PGM) through structured meetings and training programs.
- Onboard PGMs onto the DMS platform to effectively track parts business and performance.
- Improve PGM NPS (Product Recommendation): Analyze feedback, identify root causes of low scores, and collaborate with relevant teams for corrective action.
- Enhance dealership MSI scores by promoting CTE and CTO certifications and ensuring compliance, and increase adoption and effective usage of the PGM App among mechanics.
- Periodically assess requirements for EV and ICE service tools and coordinate development with authorized vendors.
- Identify, assess, and onboard new tools and equipment vendors to expand capabilities, and track tools and equipment sales through authorized vendors ensuring royalty collection as per contractual terms.
- Promote sustainability practices by raising awareness and driving waste management implementation in dealerships.
- Support CSP onboarding, ensuring DMS activation and completion of legal agreements for operational readiness.
